Every time I stop my vehicle at a light or something and then start to drive it makes this like clunking noise but not very loud.It only happens at complete stops if I'm already rollin in nuetral and then put it into gear it wont do it then. Also when I make a turn sometimes i get a loud clunk from the fender area. Please help its drivin me crazy!

Sounds like the torsion bar anchors. Spray with WD-40 wet them down good just to see if the noise is gone right under the the truck about where the drivers and passengers seat are each side Both have a near vertical bolt that pulls the anchor to wind up the torsion bar spring. And turning clunk look at the sway bar bushings a washer could have pulled the bar allowing the sway bar end link to move about

Sounds like a drive shaft support or u-joint. Get under the truck and grab the drive shaft and see if it has play in it.
