You should get a seperate gift for the bridal shower. Usually not as expensive as the actual wedding gift, but thats up to you.

By etiquette, a shower is the ONLY type of party that requires all guests to bring a physical gift, even if it is small or homemade/handmade.
Many people do combine their shower gift and wedding gift into one gift. You can do that if you want, and give it at the shower.
Or you can make her something inexpensive like a set of recipe cards you wrote out yourself and give that at the shower.
By the way, gifts are either given at the shower or shipped to the bride's house. I hope you're not taking your gift to the reception because that's technically not proper, and it creates a burden for the family to transport gifts after the reception. Ship it or give it at the shower.

Seperate. The shower gift is for the bride, the wedding gift is for the couple.

Showers and children's birthday parties are the only parties at which gifts are mandatory. If the wedding gift has pretty much exhausted your generous impulses, a small 'token' type gift for the shower is fine.

You bring a separate gift to the shower, since the purpose of the shower is to "shower" the bride with gifts.
