Nothing, unless maybe you drink coke and then swallow Mentos whole.
I'm guessing if you do that, you regurgitate.
I wouldn't advise it.

I doubt it would result in the coke/mentos fountain as seen on you tube. The mentos react with one of the binding agents in coke - this is one of the first things broken down in your stomach. Drinking this much coke however would result in lots of gas which would leave by the path of least resistance which is your gullet - resulting in some spectacular belching!

Whoe!!! Don't do it. It will fiss your stomach and you will become very uncomfortable. If you take 1-liter of diet coke and drop 13 mentos into it you got the forth of July. Try it just so you will see what it does to your stomach. It's a fun expieriment.

Just drink that liter of coke and tell me how you feel. Then we will discuss the mentos.

no longer something a lot. you're able to burp lots besides the undeniable fact that. the reaction is so explosive contained in the bottle because each of the carbon dioxide is released promptly and there is any such small taking off for it to flee that the soda squirts out with a large type of stress. on your abdomen there is also hydrochloric acid to mixture issues up slightly.

Nothing a radio celeb did it on a morning show and nothing really happened to him. I guess the body has a way of canceling out its effects!
