im 5'5 and 143lbs i want to lose some wieght

No, things that make you look "fat" are fats and skeletal structures, water is in your cells and is constantly being cycled through your body. You cant lose water weight or you will surly die. Good luck, please be quick with it and don't make a mess.

Probably temporarily, but it means you'll be dehydrated, which is never a state you want to be in for a long period of time. I would say drink MORE water, fewer other beverages, and integrate more exercise as small steps towards that goal.

I don't think it is very noticeable. The best way to lose weight is actually to be hydrated.
