I have had three c- sections. I feel your pain sister!
I was able to loose all of the weight but I still have the loose skin and I am now going to get a tummy tuck. I know I won't be having any more children and the surgery will flatten and tighten my tummy again. It is just as frustrating to have this problem and when you only weigh 125. So I would suggest keep dieting to loose the lbs. then look into the surgery. It does not concern me to have the tummy tuck, I have already been sawed in half three times.LOL
Good luck and keep your chin up.

I've had a c-section and have been working on losing weight, but I started at 248, 82 pounds of which I lost, and I still have a ways to go before I get to a decent weight. Mine's still there, but I think if I keep with it, eventually it may not be too bad. Have you tried pilates? It's really great for low-impact toning and flexing. For weight loss, keep to a 1200-1500 calorie-a-day diet and keep up with exercising and drinking lots of water. Try taking the kiddo hiking in the park. Good luck.

It's not because of the caesarean that you have a jelly belly.

You didn't exercise that baby weight off and it just collected into more fat.

If you can't run do low impact exercises, walking for 1/2 hour is good. Watching what you eat is good too. No snacks, only fruit and veggies - no ranch dip.

Drink plenty of water and take your vitamins.

The only thing you can do is diet and exercise. I have had my last c-section 3 years ago and it worked for me plus taking an herbal weight loss supplement. Walking does wonders for the tummy especially with all of these hills in Alabama.

Yes, I had my c-section 9 years ago and I still have a little belly. Walk, A LOT! You will lose weight all over. Watch what you eat, don't eat after 8pm. YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT!
