Angels living on earth is different than angels being present on earth. I believe in the presence of both good and evil angels that live in the spirit world around us. They can--rarely--take human form temporarily, long enough to perform an assigned task.

"Faithful Angels" is as good a term as any to use. There are forces within this universe that are capable only of weal. They are, by their nature, inherently set on bringing health and abundance to you.
Unfortunately, many people don't believe that they deserve to be happy, or have a world view that would be shattered by them being healthy and happy, so they subconciously cut themselves off from these forces.

The Bible says specifically that only Satan and the fallen angels are cast to earth and have dominion here. However, angels have visited earth as seen in the Bible like when they came to save lot from Sodom, etc.

Angels do exists because I've lived with one but now hes gone from day to day I still think about how my family's relationship was saved through his loving heart and I always remember him, my baby brother Adam, I'll be with you in time.

Angel is just a title meaning "messenger". The Angels of God live with Him in Heaven and their primary function is to Praise and Glorify God and to be a messenger for God. Because they are spirit beings, they are neither confined by time or space.

They don't normally live on earth like we do, but they can choose to live here for a time to accomplish something. Earth is accessible to them, even when they are on another plane, which is not as separate as people like to think.

They live in Heaven. Some come to visit earth to be Christians's guardian angles.

I think they watch over us from time to time, but live here? Not the good ones, only the fallen are here on a full-time basis.
