There is no way for YOU to increase your platelet count... there are no vitamins for this. You need to find out from your doctor what disease or illness is causing this problem. When that is treated, your platelet count will increase. Sometimes, the platelet count is low for no discernible reason and, in that case, it usually rebounds on its own.
