Garlic has very good anti viral properties, try peeling a couple of cloves of garlic and leave them for about 20 minutes. This increases the active enzymes in the garlic. If you can stomach them try eating them on their own, if not try spreading on some toasted bread and eat them. Also wild mushrooms in particular some of the brown varieties like 'shitake', have very good anti viral properties in them and will help to destroy any virus in your stomach. Ginger root is very good as a antiseptic and can help to heal any abrasions you may have on the lining of your stomach. You could try out a recipe that contains the 3 of these ingredients and help to protect you from viruses.
