my mother has 3 children under the age of 18 and DCF was called to remove children unless they can have the house livable within 13 days now, we need help.

First start by cleaning out the junk/stuff you do not want or use anymore. Get a large trash can and get at it. More space in the home for the children to live and play. If the house is in this much ruin then you need to clean like a mad woman! Maybe have some friends ove to have a cleaning party. If anything needs to be fixed then see if you can find some volunteer workers. Maybe through a church or government agency.

call the local ward or stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and ask to speak to the Bishop (only him) tell him what's going on and I guarantee the whole church will throw themselves into your problem and get the job done well and fast.

call the local goodwill or salvation army, or even habitat for humanity, look in the phone book for numbers.
or you can contact your local church, they might be willing to help you out.
