No. It is haram for us to swallow pork, blood, or decaying meat:Chapter 5 Al Ma'ida Ayat 3. Semen is not blood. Anything else we can eat or swallow. And nor is semen an intoxicant. Intoxicants are haram :Chapter 2 Al Baqara ayat 217.
But it is wrong to fornicate. Or to have someone as a lover without the prospect of marriage. Allah knows best.

there is nothing in the islamic source talks about swallowing semen is permissible or not. but from what i know that if it's unhealthy, then it's not recommended to do it.
