Im counting calories and portion control, does anyone know how big a portion of vegetable lasagna is please?

Probably about 1 cup

It depends on the ingredients, although it's vegetarian it could still be high in fat like oil.
100 grams of dry weight pasta is a serving
1 Ts of oil is 90 calories
1 cup vegies is around 30 calories
1 cup beans 100+
Otherwise as a few of the others said a serving is generally the size of your palm.

okay the easiest way to measure a portion, is usally the size of your palm of your hand, that is the guideline for most meats etc....main course items.....hope this helps
