Why are you using the terms Celts/Anglo Saxons? Angles and Saxons came from Germany and Denmark/France HUNDREDS of years ago, and they are a bit old school in classification. It would be easier to understand if you just mentioned the issues you want with todays geo-politico terminology. Like Irish or caucasian British. Aren't we all the same now in language and culture anyway? All that separates us is local-learnt customs and political boundary. These passed down traditions and ways of life of rural Celts are the only reason you can identify yourself as a Celt, not as a fellow Brit (assuming you are a uk celt). What is so great about Celts anyway? What have they done for anyone? Which Celt has ever achieved anything? They are nothing to write home about, just a set of tribal warriors pretty similar in fact to the original Angles and Saxons from Germany- Tribal war-like people. We are all as good as each other and in society, as good as the worst of people.
Further, I think your idea of badges sounds like the Nazi putting chalk stars on the Jews shortly before the holocaust,
which is isolationist and xenophobic. It would only insight more emnity, we would be back where we started, in tribes! Maybe that would help matters? Modern people choose to live how they do nowadays, free to choose their friends and free from the constraints of extended family and marriage inter-linked tribes.
Clearly no race on earth owns all their land, therefore people from other areas in the world are able to freely come and go. Britain has even marketed the uk as multicultural, we have the same problem with undesirable people in the uk.
The people you mentioned are clearly disturbed or insane and have had action taken against them.
And what has vietnam got to do with anything? That was some stupid political decision coming from the top of American hierachy. A large proportion of Americans are ex-celts having moved from Ireland, and adopted different customs, so more of them actually went to Vietnam, the uk had little to do with it.
