Sony HDTV but it has a scratch in the middle of it. How can I make the scratch less visible/remove?

I just bought a Sony 34” HDTV dirt cheap from eBay but it has a scratch in the middle of the screen. I want to find out how to make the scratch less visible or removed? I know whatever I do it’s not going disappear. Any Suggestions?
