As we know it yes. It is constantly changing. Not sure if the world will get better but being the end... God says to not worry about it and be ready for him. That is just what I am doing!! This could be the start of the end but just be ready--

The end of the world will not come yet. There is at least a seven year tribulation period, and that event is probably triggered by the rapture of the church; the removal from earth of all born again believers in Jesus Christ. Then the antichrist will have no opposition to come to power...that is when the clock starts.

But yes, what is going on in the middle east certainly is fulfilling bible prophecy about the end times. Fascinating how the end of the world, etc. and bible prophecy are on everyone's minds. I'm glad to see people are thinking about things in biblical terms.

The world is an ever-changing place, so it is ALWAYS the end of some group of people's "way of life" which they ALWAYS interpret as it being "the end of the world".

You should read "AD1000" and other similar books that chronicle how utterly convinced people were that "The End Is Nigh", and this was ten centuries ago!

Note to VZ01: Is it not odd that you are concerned for your friends and family's salvation, yet you take your own lord's name in vain by starting your answer with "God, I hope not..."?

We are nowhere near the end of the world...although I think it might be interesting to be here after the Rapture.

I am not Christian, nor am I anti-Christian, but it would be an interesting world full of nothing but Muslims, Pagans, Hindus, Athiests, Agnostics, and those of us who are non-denominational.

It certainly would change the face of religious and philosophical discussion.

My father has been studying the Bible for most of my life, so when I have a question about religion I go to him, cause he is pretty knowledgable of the Bible. According to him we are getting close to the return of Jesus. There have been numerous prophecies in the Bible that have already been fullfilled. Take what is going on in the middle east, that was talked about in the Bible. Look at all the people on this site who are Athiests, devil worshipers, etc. They are trying to take over.

The world will not change until the Lord Jesus Christ sits on the throne and rulers. Revelation 19: 15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. Revelation 19: 16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

What draws you to this conclusion? That there is ANOTHER war in the middle east? has there ever NOT been a war in the middle east? This isn't new, kids.
