could you elaborate?
if you haven't done so...i'd guess tell your family.
if you aren't already...i'd think come to terms with your decision.
and think about life now -what it entails and what you'd like to achieve.
do you plan to be proud in your skin? or are you still coming to grips with it? there's plenty of 'next' steps...just difficult to determine what you're talking about.

Depends on which direction you want to live your life. If you plan on living in the closet, then the next thing to NOT do would be tell folks. If you are planning to live your life in the open, submerge yourself into the lifestyle, make friends who share the same interests, read up on the subject and be happy that you are able to make that decision for yourself!
