It would have to be the first..but guys just may find anyone willing to sleep with them sexually attractive.

Depends on the mood. I used to be a brutal womanizer (or at least someone who slept with a lot of women). Generally yes: a physical mate needs to have some outward attraction. You don't generally pick up a one night stand for their personality. You pick them up (or get shot down...) because they're physically appealing. Having said that, it is also possible to become attracted to a less physically appealling person over time(ie:once you get to know them). So that can happen to. But usually the friendship is killed and the guy is harrassed by his friends for having sex with an ugly chick.

mostly has to be sexually attracted, depends on several factors: 1. when was the last time he had sex. 2. how you look on a scale to 1-10. are 2 big ones...
also biggest question is: if my friends find out I slept with you will they A: Haze me. B. Make fun of me. C. Congratulate me. D. Say "been there done that"

I would like to feel attracted. I believe that many guys would just pick anyone willing. I think that generally more guys than girls feel this way. That's where the problems come in.

Now a lot of alcohol can make someone look more attractive than they normally would appear

I think most guys have standards. Depending on blood alcohol levels of course. call it a sliding scale...
honestly, i think that there has to be a sexual attraction. But keep in mind, that its a lot more primitive than a womans approach.
