actually, neither is any more better since your body will only absorb what it needs, hence, the rest down the toilet.

my suggestion is to eat a well balanced diet and get your vitamins in the truest natural form.

remember, it is more expensive in the long run to buy these juices than it is to eat well and exersize.

never supplement if at all possible.
