Saturated and trans fat just becausesaturated is what comes from butter, for example. trans fat is vegetable oil that is modifeid, and is probably worse. you want to stay with the healthy fats that come from avocados and plant oils (but in moderation)

Trans fat & Saturated Fats, But not all Fats are Bad, Poly and Mono-unsaturated Fats help reduce cholesterol, and work as a Rotor-rooter effect on your Arteries, Polyunsaturated especially (Olive oils, Canola oils )
