All of the above is correct, but I'm most certain your problem, the way you describe it are parasites.
Go get a hemograhm( blood test), and consult with your doctor, like i said all of the above is correct, colon cancer yada yada yada, but its most likely parasites, i get these cases all the time at the hospital.
i would say most of the time its parasites and the other half is anal fissures because of improper sexual activities.

Sounds like Ulcerative Colitis.

Get a colonoscopy done to confirm. Make sure they DO NOT take a tissue sample as that in itself may cause colitis!!!

If it is fresh blood, the person probably has bleeding hemorroids, if not, it could be a serious issue such as colon cancer.
