I can honestly say that I've tried a few, but I actually lost more weight eating small things throughout the day - It helps keep your metabolism in check. Also, drink LOTS of water because it helps keep you toned and reduces the appearance of cellulite. The WORST thing you can do for your body is deprive it of food or make it think it's not hungry...If your body is kept from getting nourishment then it will store EVERYTHING the next time you eat. Therefore you will more than like GAIN weight. Just eat in moderation and you will be more successful like that.

the best weight loss product on the market is a good pair of sneakers. buy them, put them on, then get off your sofa & GET ACTIVE.
NO PRODUCT, whether it's a pill or powder or anything else, can beat EXERCISE and PROPER NUTRITION for safe, healthy, permanant weight loss and fitness. The crap that you can buy in a bottle is a SUPPLEMENT, not a SUBSTITUTE.
