A Charlie Chapman mime in Las Vegas followed my daughter and I around for about an hour ,he was the most annoying person.I think he was trying to pick up my daughter When my husband came up he told the mime to get lost and leave his wife and daughter alone,the guy got scared and he left
Mimes aren't deaf or mute they don't use sign language they use their body to portray things without using their voice,they are actors.

They don't talk - you can't tell them to shut up that doesn't make sense. If yoau rein a publice place they ahave the right to be there if they come to your pace of business or home your can 'show them the door'.
