yes, but you have to keep up on it, just like girls do...well i wax, so that's not a problem. but like anything you shave, the hair grows back, and it gets "scruffy" and is uncomfortable if you let it grow, the friction and all that in that sensitive area is no fun for either party. try shaving, if you don't like the upkeep, then keep it nicely trimmed...or try waxing.

No! I don't think it's very masculine and besides men like to shave because it makes their stuff look bigger. Who needs an insecure man.
