While in Memphis for a week I once ate at every BBQ place on Beale Street. I just LOVE the way they BBQ! YUMMY!!! Sure glad I don't live there...probably would be over 300 lbs by now!!! Just wish I could get the recipe though!

Mean Pig Barbecue in Cabot, AR. They have the best ribs!! They are family run and smoke their own and use their own spices. No fat, all meat, big ribs, and meat falls off the bone tender. They use a dry rub and their sauce comes in different degrees and sweetness. Always friendly and clean place. Favorite place for the Air Force guys at Jacksonville Air Force Base. At noon, it is full up!!

There was one place that ate at when I was in Kansas City. Don't remeber the name. Have been to many places in the south, but can't beat this one.

I live in Minnesota, and considering it is a chain Famous Dave's is pretty good.

Bubba's BBQ. It's in a little hut in Asheville, NC. Best pulled pork you'll ever eat (except for mine, of course!)
