well honestly I love diet pills the reson why they made lost alot of weight..

You are cranky because you are on amphetamines, every junky gets cranky honey :)

Seriously those pills are horrible for you. The "suppliment" ones are not evaluated by the FDA. You have no garentee that they are safe. Hundreds of people had bad reactions to Metabolife, which the company covered up. People who were previously healthy developed serious/ and sometimes deadly heart conditions.

Metabolife is just the big name, if it works and your doctor didn't give it to you, you are risking your life. Even if your doctor prescribes one for you there is still a big balancing act, is the risk of your weight bad enough to your health enough to make the risk of the pills worth it.

If you want to lose weight right try weight watchers. I'm in week 14, I have lost 33.8 pounds. It is super easy to stick with.

With Hoodia I lost 4lbs the first week! After a month, I'm down 13Lbs!
Personally I think 100% Hoodia in tablets is best!

Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
The problem w/Hoodia is 90%+ are scams. The real Hoodia is expensive and only the one imported from S.Africa has been show to work.
Many people go for the low cost scam Hoodia and have no results!
**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---
#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

Stay away from pills and always read the fine print - exercising is always suggested ALONG WITH taking the product. Surprise, surprise!

The real secret is simply to consume less calories than you expend. How you accomplish this is up to you - eat less or exercise more.

When I was a teen ager many years ago my mother took me to a quack that prescribed pills to help me loose weight, and man was I a nervous wreck, I screamed at friends, family and teachers. I couldnt sit still, I was wetting my pants, in other words I went "nuckin futs" and on top of that I was eating twice as much and gained 10 pounds in the 2 or 3 weeks I was on them. She changed my med to something else and had the same result. My parents took me to a psychiritist for about 5 or 6 months and his conclusion, "He just likes to eat". I tried to tell them that but they would not believe me. Today at 53 I am still fat and a diabetic too but you know what, I will never, ever put my self or my children on any type of diet pill, it is pure hell to do so.

Oh boy Cranky aint the word for it I get depressed on some of them. I am currenlyt on one called Slimadreine and it dose not make me moody and It seems to give me energy. I like that It used to be easy to find but now I am having trouble finding it.

swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup
