Of course there are. Runaway criminals and army evaders for sure, and just other people abroad. Other countries are not as strict, especially with american people. They could have just crossed or their visa's expired and they didn't renew it.

There are plenty, i know a few myself living here in Japan. I'm sure there are plenty more in other countries that aren't so strict about immigration.

Yes there are, mostly criminals trying to avoid being propsecuted because they broke laws here in the US. What are the illegals coming here for? Kind of makes you wonder.....right?
