I need to lose 30 pounds fast, so if anyone has any suggestions on good diets or workout plans, i could really use the info. thanx

I just started Turbo Jam, a friend gave it to me and so far it is my favorite exercise program. I do it because I enjoy it but to be honest with you- it is not the "key" or miracle product that is going to make you lose the weight. throughout the videos, the instuctor reminds you again and again that it is about diet and cardio exercise.
Before I moved to where it is too cold for me to walk everyday (**smile**) I never did exercise videos. I walked 2 miles a day , briskly, and ate right. Cut out the sugar, soft drinks processed foods! This alone will make a huge difference! My hubby lost a few inches within a couple of weeks doing nothing else but quitting the soft drinks. Work up to getting your heart rate up for 30 - 45 minutes a day- walking , running, trampoline, swimming- be active and eat weel and you will ose the weight. Get a workout buddy or accountability partner if that will help you to stay committed!

take a 30 second break in the middle of your meal evaluate just how hungry you still are before getting back to your food
