when you tell someone "I cant not think about you..." does that make sense in a nice way? ((basically saying that i never stop thinking of you))

yes. like when you dnnt wnna think of someone but you do anyways. its happend to me and yes it makes sence. just means tht u care so much tht u cant not think about them

Can't and not are both negatives, so that's a double negative.

What you are saying is that you think about this person all the time. And while it's a little awkward grammatically, yes, it makes sense in a nice way.

No, it doesn't make sense. why not say "I can't stop thinking about you" that's alot clearer.
