It might be ok for the Jew... but not for one of The Christian Faith...not because one was a Jew... but because, for those ofThe True Christian Faith, it is not permitted to marry out of The Church.... That is of The Church of which Jesus The Christ is The Head... no anit semetic thought intended... The Head of The Church is also The King of The Nation of Israel... But unfortunatly The Nation of Israel has rejected their King... so thay are as all otheres who have rejected Jesus The Christ...lost... and those who follow Jesus can not marry those who are lost.

Of course, why not? There was even a sitcom about it once years ago, called Bridget Loves Bernie. It was terrible and not funny but had a nice message of religious tolerance.

Yep, but the church or synagogue is out, I guess. Have your own ceremony or go to the courthouse. Love is the important thing, not whether some organization deems it fit and proper.
