No, there are far too many genetic incompatibilities for a scenario like this to work out. If human-bovine "relationships" actually produced offspring, considering how often it's happened throughout history (don't really want to think about it, but...), we'd probably have a community of minotaurs wandering around somewhere by now. The two species are far too far apart to produce a viable hybrid. If they were closer together, there is a remote possibility that offspring could result -- a mule is the offspring of a horse and a donkey, for instance, since the two species are neighbors on the evolutionary block. So if the character on the TV show were asking about giving a shot to the gorilla he worked with at the zoo, there might be a more valid reason for actually doing it (okay, so it would probably be better to just fire the zookeeper, but we're saying this hypothetically)

Actually, later in that episode of "House" he admits that he is in fact attracted to his stepmother rather than a cow. And, you misunderstood; the shot was for him to reduce his sexual desire, not for the cow. House did indeed give him a Depo-Provera shot after the teenage boy explained the real reason. This should help:
Rationale for Depo-Provera Treatment of Sex Offenders (Paraphiliacs). Studies begun at Johns Hopkins in 1966 have shown that sex offenders or paraphiliacs, for example, pedophiliacs treated with the antiandrogenic hormone, Depo-Provera, plus counseling have gained in self-regulation of sexual behavior. Depo-Provera suppresses or lessens the frequency of erection and ejaculation and also lessens the feeling of libido and the mental imagery of sexual arousal. For the pedophiliac, for example, there will be decreased erotic "turn-on" to children. Metaphorically, the sex offender has "a vacation" from his sex drive, during which time conjunctive counseling therapy can be effective.

To answer your first question. It would not be possible to have a bovine/human hybrid. These two species are too far apart as would be anything except a primate. Even then, most primates would still be too different. As far as we know it is possible to create a chimpanzee/human hybrid but this has never actually been done because of the strong ethical considerations.

It's never happened before.
There is some discussion about a human - chimpanzee mix called a humanzee.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Humanzee
There is also some discussion about making a human-animal hybrid, but this is only a human gene placed in an animal to create a specific protein.
General answer.. no, just doesn't happen in nature.

Ummm...I think you misunderstood the show. The guy wanted the depo-provera for himself, to kill his sex drive. It wasn't even supposedly for the cow (which turned out to be another issue altogether, not even a cow, but his step-mother he was attracted to). Depo-provera, when administered to a human male, is an effective form of chemical castration. It is often given to sex offenders in order to help them control their deviant behavior.

I dont think so, different genetic structures. the sperm and egg wouldnt connect. But seeing how a pig is most like humans I was wondering the same thing if a pig could knock up a human. hmmmm

No & the reason he wanted the shot was so he wouldn't be able to "get it up" around the cow!

No. Speciation (the creation of a new species) occurs when two organisms are no longer capable of mating. Thus in order for two organisms to mate, they must be of the same species.
