Secularism is not a religion, it is the state of a state.
Your country can be either secular or theocratic. I prefer mine to be secular. It means religion is not in control of the society, but religions are free to exits. That's all.

I don't really consider "secularism" as a 'religion' in the traditional sense, since "secularism" is a religious skepticism or indifference.
