It depends what you mean by "reject". Most reject the claims of other religions since most are competing for the label of "The Truth" and there are a lot of contradictions. Certain religions believe that people who follow other religions (all religions or a specific group) have a different fate in store from them than that of their own followers.

For instance, many Christians believe that only other Christians are going to "Heaven". Some Christian denominations even believe that all other Christians are going to "Hell" for not subscribing to their specific brand of "The Truth".

I don't think there is any religion that totally rejects ALL other religions, since every religion is somewhat based on the parent one it branched off of and all worship the same God, they just have different names for him. Wicca is one exception to that because I think they believe God is a female. Atheism rejects the idea of there being a God, but I don't claasify them as a religious group because the basis for their beliefs is anti religion. One religion doesn't usually reject another entire religion, just some of their doctrine and methods of worship. The Jews believe in God, but not the Christ. The Unitarians don't believe in the trinity, etc...

one question a hundred or thousand possible answers and all correct. Nearly every religion finds fault with it's rival. Muslims, Hindu, Atheist, Catholicism, Baptist, methodist, UCC, jehovah's all purport some form of moral superiority.

Fact is this, I distain religion for that reason, I don't distain spirituality and a "simple" belief in a higher power, but dogma and ideology based on flawed thinking of men is asinine. for the thumpers out there ready to pounce I don't reject a higher power.. I do see us as being a very small part of something infinite. To the atheists I say something "Caused the first cause and your not it"..

Monotheistic religions have the worst track record there. Islam and Christianity are the worst for that. I'm not that sure about Judaism, but it is also sky-father-god oriented. I do know that Christans and Muslims try to convert, sometimes forcefully, and that Judaism does not try to convert.

If I was going to turn from being a Pagan to a large organized religion, I think I'd have to be Jewish.

The Abraham religions: Christianity, Islam, and Jews.

I'm not 100% sure but I think most of the other religions are very tolerant of other faiths. Especially Buddhism.

Every religion. If one is right, the others have to be wrong, because they all contradict in some way. Some are more tolerant than others, but overall, every religion rejects all other religion.

All religions reject each other b/c of the different beliefs they hold. All of them cannot accept other religions, no matter what.

Most Western religions claim to be the one true faith, many going on to call the others blasphmeous, sinful, etc. But Eastern religions allow the embracing of multiplicity of belief.

ha, yeah, Atheism

"Atheism, in its broadest sense, is a lack of belief in a deity or deities: the opposite of theism. This encompasses both people who assert that there are no gods and those who make no claim about whether gods exist or not."

"Antitheism (Anti-theism) typically refers to a direct opposition to theism."

"Antitheists may believe that theism is harmful to human progression, or may simply be atheists who have little tolerance for views they perceive as irrational."

"Christianity, Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism are the largest world religions today. Approximately 75% of humanity follows one of these 4 religions."

Atheists believe that this 75% of people are entirely false where-as someone that does believe in a god is more likely to see the truth in other religions involving God.

Just a thought

Atheism.

All other religions are able to recognize that there are fundamental truths in most religions. Such as most share the concept of the "Golden Rule" or the idea of "thou shall not murder" or a sincere desire to know and please God. We may think ours is "superior" and has the "ultimate" truth - but we do not have to reject everything in all religions.

But atheism must totally reject all religions and religious principles. That is their religion.
