It is illegal and there is no way to block the tracking of your phone number. All the receiving party has to do is dial *69 and then the police.

you could but WHAT IF you call the wrong person,..and not to mention that its a misdemeanor if the person reports you to the phone company or the police,...look if you want contact me on email and i will give u some classic pranks that wont casue u any embarressment or get anyone in trouble!!

Just don't make any prank calls to Government or Police agencies. Even if you dial *67, they can get your number!! Same for any toll free numbers. They have 'ring, tip, sleeve' control. Your number can be seen easily. (Not blockable.)

Call up a girl you don't like and tell her you will kick her a** for messing with your boyfriend, that's always fun. Also, if you know thier address, you can do a fake accent and tell them you are trying to deliver thier chinese food and tell them the total is $42.89 or something and you are going to be there soon. That's a classic!

Dial *67 before making each call...I used to like to just call and say nothing when they'd answer,and call them over and over and listen to their reactions.It gets quite addictive......
