Get over problems meeting girls?

I am 23 and I know that girls I meet (usually at bars) like me. Here is my problem.... How do you get from the bars to hanging out somewhere else? I have a terrible time trying to get the balls to ask for numbers, and if I get them, I know I was drunk and have trouble calling the girls later. How do people ever go home from the bars with girls when people are usually at the bars in groups? Do groups of girls (packs) just let the girl go?

First of all, bars are bad places to meet women. Second, you need to be sober to keep yourself from looking like a fool. I suggest you take a class (like yoga or something) where you know there will be lots of women that you can ask for their numbers. Just talk to them for a few minutes and get their numbers. You may have to get a whole lot of numbers to meet someone worthwhile (because women give their numbers to guys they're not interested in too), but the alternative is not meeting anyone. Good luck!
