today i was in a fight, and we both got numerous punches to the head. now when my head goes upside down, or when i put it down or chew gum, it hurts. what's up?

Maybe you got hit a bit too hard- i say go to the e.r., especially if you get a headache. You mave have sustained more damage to your brain/head than you know.

If you are totally agaisnt going to the doc's, I say go lay down and put your feet up, take a tylenol and put a cool rag on your head. If your jaw hurts, dont talk.
