For most people a healthy rate of weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week. If you lose more than that, you are probably consuming muscle and other important stuff. There are exceptions, however.
Eating properly is FAR more important than an exercise routine in losing weight. You'd probably have to do nothing but workout to burn as many calories as your metabolism does by itself. When your body looks for fat to breakdown, there is pretty much nothing you can do to get it to go for fat in one area over another. It's all biochemical.
On the other hand, exercise is GREAT for TONING areas of your body. Sometimes a flabby appearance is not due to fat, but out-of-shape muscles. A work-out CAN concentrate on specific areas and build up muscle there, making that part of your body look harder and more chiseled. That about it as far as you can do.
Of course, if you have extra skin lying around after fat loss, you may need some surgery to clean that up. Or years to adjust. That's just the way it works.

Hey there, Well 2 months is not so long but you can do it. Main thing is to think you are doing it to be HEALTHIER not to loose weight, this works a lot better, think about endurance and duration. Bikes are good for legs, thighs and yes tones your stomach - but note the TONE bit, you can loose weight by reducing bad food from your diet and portion control and exercising combined but you will tone if you go to the gym and work out. I go to the gym twice a day in total for 3 hours on a good day but at least 1 1/2 hours a day min. and it has improved my duration and endurance. 20 mins bike, 5 cross trainer, 20 mins bike, 5 cross trainer, 10 rowing, 5 en pointe ballet and stretching or other dance. Then the next time i go, i do minimum of 30 mins swimming which i think works a lot better on your body than just a bike or jogging, it tackles all your body which will make you look more slender. Try not to put too much pressure on yourself, remember your weight depends on water retention (this is why your weight will change every time you weigh yourself) and also makes you look more bloated as does eating certain foods or a while after eating a big dinner. Also try doing some leg lifts or crunches, you can even just do some baby sit ups which will help more than doing nothing and focuses on endurance as well which is key. Good luck and enjoy your holiday!

No because they only work the lower body. You don't use your arms at all and you never change position so the same muscles get worked in the same way over and over again.
Also, you cannot spot reduce. No matter what kind of cardio you are doing the weight will come off where it decides to, not necessarily where you want it to. Most women lose weight from the top down. So you'll lose it from the face and chest first and then the hips, butt, and thighs.

Yeah you should be able to lose the weight if you stick to this on a daily basis, your have to stick with it though. i would consider to ride the bike for at least 45 min and at a heart rate thats high, burning calories is what you want to burn the fat so keep that in mind. sit up and push ups are great, but cardio is what burns fat. So more bike riding than anything will give you the best results. i would suggest riding for at least an hour or two and at high pace for as long as you can.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Bike is good but not the only and best way. Walking is Great and of course eating carefully. Do all types of exercise. and not the same things or your body will get used to it and it wont work any more.

Music forces you to eat more. According to a report by the journal Psychology and also Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage one to take time over your mealtime, so you consume more foods. So, switch off – silence will always make you more aware of what you’re putting in your mouth.

you're going to kill yourself doing this... no really you're setting yourself up for failure... It's better to continue your normal diet or if you think that you eat too much just cut back a bit from what you eat... as for exercise the best thing to do in order to lose weight fast, I would say that jogging or running for about 45 minutes a day 5 days of the week will make you drop pounds fast... don't believe me??? try it.

It’s Friday brunch time and you simply can’t stop going back intended for seconds. But hang on! Stop for just a minute and suck on an additional strong mint. The flavour will probably put you off that 3rd plate of chicken korma/roast beef/sushi medley.
