Pilates can help your posture which makes you look taller.

If you are still growing, usually up to age 18 in boys
Only puberty plus 1 year for girls

Make sure you eat a well balanced diet and ask your doctor if you need to take a multi vitamin.

Only if you are still growing, AND If you are less than 5 feet tall or have a hormone condition your doctor may prescribe some medicine to correct your condition.

The medicine your doctor prescribes will come from the pharmacy, you cannot get this online without a prescription, or as a health suplement in nutrition stores.

Real human growth hormone is incredibly expensive, hundreds of dollars and requires refridgeration, much like insullin for diabetics (since it is also a protein). Your insurance will cover it, if it is a medical nessesity.

The items called human growth hormone at health stores that sell for $40 are a rip off, they are sold as diet aids and usually just contain some kind of amphetamine. Which is incredibly bad for you. Don't risk it. It will not make you taller, and it can give you a heart condition.

There is a broad range of heights that are in the "normal" range. You are probably fine, but if you have a concern talk to your doctor.

I don't think there's anything you can do. Height is determined by the genes you were born with (unless you were malnourished when young, in which case you won't achieve your full height).
