Scientists are trying to find one. It's called the theory of everything or unification theory. One nice little formula to explain everything that has ever existed including God. Silly scientists.

definitely. If you can derive a Differential equation of base TIME for the world then by putting different values of T you can figure out what god did at what time. If you are succesful you can put t=0 and see if it was Genesis or the Big bang that formed the world.
