Only in ancient Rome. Lexus is not a latin noun and there is no solid rule in English for forming the plurals of singular nouns ending in s after a vowel.. Both the words 'series' and 'species' have the same spelling for singular and plural usage for example. The plural of 'walrus' can be either 'walrus or 'walruses'. For Lexus, "I saw 6 Lexus today" sounds better to me than "I saw 6 Lexuses today".
However, if we look at 'bonus' and 'bus' we have plurals of 'bonuses' and 'buses' as accepted plurals; so Lexuses could also be correct since these are more typical of words ending in 'us'. Cactus, abacus, lotus all follow this form.
I would think Toyota's Lexus Division has already decided how to handle this. Ford must have done so with Torus. The Lotus Auto Group also.

No definitive answer because Lexus is a made-up word. Lexi sounds weird; Lexuses sounds like a stammer so I think just Lexus . As in sheep and sheep - if you follow me.

No, because plurals like this come from Latin. Lexus is not a latin word.

You're a ******* idiot. Just because one word is spelled a certain way doesn't mean that all similar words are.
