i was with this guy we broke up then we decided to fix things and work it out then we got ina fight and i said something to hurt his feelings and didnt apologise a few days later i call he say it too late he found someone i ask for a second chance but he say hes thinking about it should i move on and y he found someone so quick was she there before

Of course she was there before, you just gave him an excuse and a reason to go on and pursue the relationship with the other girl. Honey move on with someone else there are too many men in this world to choose and pick from than to dwell on just this one guy who obviously is a punk and couldn't tell you upfront that he didn't want to be with you anymore HAPPY DATING TO YA !

Well the reason why he got with some one so quick is because he was hurt by 2 things:
1)You said something to hurt his feelings
2)You didn't Apologize after wards
The girl was not there b-4 you.He just knew he could get her so he got her 2 make you jealous. Slowly move on,but don't do it to get back at him.

She was probably there before, making herself available and he didn't do anything about it because he was with you. Once he's decided to leave you, he went to her.
As far as the second chance goes, he probably thinks that there was a second chance and it didn't work out again so he doesn't see any point in trying over and over.

maybe he was alread with her and just needed one more reason to be with her and you gave him that just move on and get over him
