How do I know if a girl likes me? This friend of mine talks to me like Im special to her and then goes and talks to another boy the same way?

His behavior indicates that he'd probably make the move on you if the circumstances are a little different. He isn't quite sure he wants it, but he likes playing with the idea.

Watch and see if this happens when people are or are not around. If he is super nice when no one else is around or when there is a chance to be alone he is prob trying to get you in bed. If not then maybe he is bi-polar or something.

Than he probably likes you. That is being real. We can't give it all away at once. He probably flirts to see if you flirt back and maybe he gets nervous and backs off a bit.
