Why don't you just tell her when she hits puberty, between the ages of 9 and 13 or so. Does she keep asking because nobody gives her a reasonable answer? What's stupid about that?

I would direct these questions to her parents. If she continually asks you what is going on. tell her that one day she will start to change and it's call puberty. You don't have to give her all the details, but just enough to curb her curiousity. Kids are growing up way to fast these days.

She's not stupid. She's just a kid. She obviously know's she's going to get them someday, just reassure her that it will happen in her time.

She's actually pretty smart if you ask me!

Tell her the truth. Your profile suggests that you're old enough to know, so why not tell her. Or do you really not know?

"I'm not ready to give you that answer yet."
"Someday."
"It's inappropriate to worry about that now."
