Healthy, I don't know because it depends on whether you're active or not. As far as underweight, average, overweight, or obese, you would be considered underweight. Weight doesn't really matter as long as you're fit. Body builders and some football players can be considered overweight because their muscles add a huge amount of pounds to their weight. So you're fine. Maybe just do some weight lifting to add muscle which will make you gain a few pounds.

possibly. It depends on your frame. I'm 5'6 with a medium frame. at 120 you could see my bones. Most likely you are underweight.

your height/weight ratio is fine but.....
does your family have a history of high blood pressure? high cholesterol? etc.?
have your Doctor give you a physical.
