Having a child is the greatest bond you could ever experience. There is no way to describe the magnitude. Why do you think people say, "just wait til you have kids, then you will understand". I heard that sentence from my mom so many times when I had scared her for one reason or another. Now having a precious daughter of my own I know exactly what she meant. We make so many sacrifices for THIER happiness, why?? because of that incredible feeling they give you when they smile. That's my favorite :)

Did you mean what IS my favorite part of being a parent? If so , I would have to say there are lots of things I enjoy about being a mom. Things like all their 'firsts' as babies or just seeing their face light up when you say or do something positive. There are too many things I enjoy that I cannot list them all or choose a favorite.

I love everything about being a mom..... kids are ssssoooo precious.

I especially love when my 2 year old son tells me "I love you mommy!" and when my 8 month old daughter holds my face and gives me kisses.

It is also a GREAT feeling to see my kids happy. One will start laughing, and get the other one going. Pretty soon we are all laughing hysterically at absolutely nothing.... Happiness and laughter are VERY contagious!!

Watching my kids grow, seeing all there FIRST times at doing something new. Getting the rewards of a smile everytime they accomplish something. Having them come to me for advice, knowing I am always there for them. And of course all the hugs and kisses. No one can love you like a child can. ( I have 6 kids)

Watching kids grow, explore their world, learn, reading them stories, playing games, watching Sesame Street, going to school and sport functions. The whole thing!

The joy of dealing with all those hetic moments, and when you can act so silly in front of them and they loved it! But the best is when they do something and smile at you and you know they love you.

Hugs and kisses and "I love you Mommy". The amazement when they learn something new and do it successfully for the first time.
