I'm pretty sure it is illegal. My boyfriend and I met when I was 14 and he was 19, we did not move in together until I was almost 17 and he was 21. I do not know the laws in your state, but here in Alaska it is illegal to be with someone over the age of 18 unless you are 16 or older, and even then they cannot be someone superior to you (teacher, coach, policeman). To be completely safe I wouldn't move in with him. Men above 18 get in a TON of trouble if they are caught sleeping with/living with a girl younger then 16.
My advice, atleast wait to live with him until you are 16.

No you have to be 16 or 18 in some states. Your still a minor, and jail bait, so be careful.

not sure, I think you're cool b/c I think it has to be a 4 year difference under and 18 year old for it to be considered illegal.
There should be some site on the net that will tell you.

Sorry to hear about your parents....hope all works out well for everyone
Good Luck!!!!

if your parents grant his parents custody of you... meaning you will be his adopted sister... if hes 18 he has to have custody of you... making you his adopted daughter in a sense... i wouldnt do it because you may never know what might happen...
