With the addition of exercise it's possible.I had a high metabolism and was very lean.I started eating a whopping 7000 a day because I couldn't gain weight.I still stayed pretty lean but not quite like I was.I was lifting weights very hard and working as a carpenter. So I need alot of calories to bulk up.I never went over 11% eating like that.I added the mass and cut down afterwords to as low as 4.5% but at that time I was getting about 2500 calories a day.Eat alot of protein every few hours, fruits and vegetables and peanut butter is loaded with good fats and calories.I'm assuming you're trying to bulk up/
