You reported a three year old for looking at another boy's penis? Please tell me that is not so.

I am assuming a "teetee" is a penis and not a misspelling of tee-pee.

Hopefully he is just being a typical and very curious 3 year old. I don't think you should have called cps, but then if the parent sdon't have anything to hide, it should all work out. CPS is a touchy feely subject and sometimes you should weigh all your options beofre they are called.

Just know that when CPS is involved, things can go sour and get ugly real quick, and if your intentions were for them to investigate, it may well turn into the complete opposite of what you felt or wanted to happen. This could result in the parents just having a normal 3 year old child that is curious, but with cps invloved, they may remove the child form the home under the assumption that the child is bing sexually abused. It sounds crazy, but it happens. So justy be careful in dealing with them (cps)

Besides, I was in court once with a friend who was dealing with cps and I watched the judge deliberate a case where a 7 year old lied on his mother's boyfriend and told everyone a very convincing story about how the boyfriend molested him each night when his mother was at work. Well to make a long story short, and after the boyfriend went off to jail (and the mother-who all but had a nervous breakdown-was cleared of abuse and negligence), the child finally( and easily) retracted his story. Stating that he only said that because his "mommy loved her boyfriend more than she loved him! And he wanted to make the boyfriend go away!)

Report to CPS cautiously! And after bare facts are seen!

Okay, so I was reading your previous post... I am assuming it is a 3 year old girl asking to see boys in her preschools penis's??? Is that right?

I honestly dont think CPS will do anything to tell you the truth. I don't exactly see the harm in what she did (at her age) and I assume its not that uncommon (even though I know I never asked to see boys weiners in preschool...) I guess its something that you have to be there to understand the situation. If you feel she is being abused sexually in her home then yes, you were right. It is better safe than sorry.
