I developed my lucid dreaming abilities by giving myself suggestions to visit friends I hadn't seen in awhile-I figured I could connect with them easily, and then call later to see if what I got in our "visits" was right on. I kept doing this until I had proven to myself I really was tapping into their lives on a different level, because I was positive there was no other way to have the information. So I practiced with that, and with giving myself other direction before I fell asleep. It worked.

I only did that once in my life. I dreamed I was in school and I realized hey, I'm dreaming! So in the dream, I got excited, jumped out of a window and woke up. I've never had a lucid dream since. :(

Oh it's fun beyond words... I fly, move things, play pranks, snoop... whatever I feel like doing. I've been having lucid dreams on and off since I was... well forever.

I *WISH* I could do it. My husband can and does it. He is a natural, always has been able to do it. Lucky him!
