I have not seen Glory Road or Coach Carter or Bend It ..., but will have to give those a shot. Of those I have seen and liked, thanks for the reminders on Rudy (good, not great), Major League (original was good), and A League Of Their Own.

This doesn't really comply with your categories, but I like Remember the Titans, Longest Yard, Rudy, Jerry Maguire (I know, four football movies...I couldn't pick just one!). For basketball, Glory Road, and for baseball A League of Their Own. I also really like Bend it Like Beckham which is soccer

Baseball would be "The Natural" or "Bull Durham". "Major league" was cool, too.
Football would be "Any Given Sunday", "The Replacements", original "Longest Yard" and "The Program".
Basketball would be "Coach Carter", I guess
Hockey would be "Miracle", "Mystery, Alaska" and "Mighty Ducks"
Boxing would be "Rocky", "Raging Bull" and "Cinderella Man". "Million Dollar Baby" was pretty good, too.
