get a job with a botox practioner, or go to college get a degree get a job as a intern for seven years then specialise in plastic surgery, open a clinic for the insane vain and people with to much money and time on thier hands , by then you should be able to give them the trout look that they deserve.

Go to medical school, graduate.... do a residency in plastic surgery, become board certified and obtain a license for BoTox

My best friend was in the same exact situation. She went to her local Plastic Surgeons office and was able to train under him and become certified. Try checking into it, it might work out that way for you too!. Good Luck!
