BBQ chicken--marinate chicken in italian dressing overnight.
Grill skin side down for 7 minutes, then turn over. Grill for 4-6 more minutes, depending on the size of the pieces(ie, legs, breasts, etc.) Brush skin side with BBQ sauce, turn over. Grill for 1 minute, brush other side with sauce, flip over. Grill for about a minute, then remove from grill. (Grill times are for a grill with a lid, about 300 degrees)
Chicken will be juicy and flavorful.

you can try using soy sauce and add the juice of calamansi, some salt and pepper to taste, spicy banana ketchup, and chopped garlic. Make sure you marinate the pork or whatever kind of meat your going to barbecue overnight for it to absorb the taste very well.hope you will like it.
